If you are traveling by car, you can stop briefly directly in front of the hotel at the drop-off zone to unload your luggage with peace of mind.
For parking, we recommend the public Verdun car park, located approximately 100 meters from the establishment. Access from the hotel is simple and quick on foot. The hotel does not have a private car park.
To facilitate your arrival and your movements in the city center, the use of the Waze application is also recommended, particularly effective for reaching the hotel and getting around La Rochelle.
From the train station, several options are available to reach Champlain Hotel:
- On foot: allow approximately 20 minutes of walking via the Old Port
- By taxi: taxis are generally available at the station exit upon train arrival
- By ride-hailing (VTC): booking available (estimated fare from €25)
- By bus: Illico 3 line towards Lagord. Tickets at €1.50 per person can be purchased directly from the driver.
